Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 4, 2026 · Last Updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Moore For IPS campaign website and related website features, forms and campaign communications.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
1. ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
This website is operated on behalf of Moore For IPS, the campaign of Angelia Moore for Indianapolis Public Schools Board.
The website provides information regarding Angelia Moore, campaign priorities, events, volunteer opportunities, community engagement and other campaign-related activities.
Information provided through this website is for general informational and campaign purposes.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE RESTRICTION
This website is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By submitting personal information through the website, signing up for campaign communications or using interactive website features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
Individuals under 18 should not submit personal information or register for campaign communications through the website without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems, introduce malicious software, misuse website forms, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
4. VOLUNTEER AND COMMUNITY FORMS
The website may allow visitors to express interest in volunteering, attending events, participating in outreach or otherwise supporting Moore For IPS.
Submission of a volunteer or contact form does not create an employment relationship, contractual relationship or guarantee a particular volunteer assignment.
The Campaign may contact individuals regarding opportunities for which they have expressed interest.
SMS promotional consent is separate from submission of a volunteer, contact, event or other website form unless the individual affirmatively provides SMS consent through the applicable consent mechanism.
5. COMMUNITY WALL AND USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT
The website may provide a Community Wall or similar feature allowing visitors to submit messages, comments or other content for possible public display.
By submitting content for public display, you grant Moore For IPS permission to display, reproduce, format and reasonably edit that content for website and campaign purposes.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of another person.
Moore For IPS reserves the right to review, moderate, reject or remove submissions at its discretion, including content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, misleading, abusive, unrelated to the purpose of the feature or otherwise inappropriate.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
6. SMS/MMS MESSAGING TERMS
Moore For IPS Promotional Messaging Program
Moore For IPS offers an optional promotional SMS and MMS messaging program.
By separately providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to the Moore For IPS messaging program, you consent to receive recurring promotional text messages from Moore For IPS at the telephone number you provided.
Messages may include:
- Campaign news and updates
- Campaign and community event information
- Volunteer opportunities and reminders
- Voter outreach
- Community engagement opportunities
- Calls to action and ways to support Moore For IPS
Message frequency varies depending on campaign activity and your interactions with the Campaign.
Message and data rates may apply.
Your wireless carrier’s messaging and data rates and terms may apply to messages sent and received.
SMS Consent
Consent to receive SMS or MMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of making a contribution, volunteering, registering for an event, accessing campaign information or otherwise supporting Moore For IPS.
SMS consent must be provided through the applicable opt-in mechanism. Acceptance of these general Terms alone does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.
Your consent applies specifically to the Moore For IPS messaging program and is not transferable to another organization, campaign or third-party marketer.
Opting Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a Moore For IPS text message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out has been processed, Moore For IPS will no longer send promotional SMS messages to that number unless you subsequently provide new consent.
Help
For assistance with SMS messaging, reply HELP to a Moore For IPS text message or contact the Campaign at contact@email.mooreforall.com.
Message Delivery and Carrier Responsibility
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and messaging service providers and cannot be guaranteed.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Moore For IPS is not responsible for delays, failures or interruptions caused by wireless networks, telecommunications providers, device limitations, service interruptions or circumstances outside the Campaign’s reasonable control.
Supported Devices and Carriers
SMS and MMS availability may depend on your wireless carrier, mobile device and service plan. Not all features or message types may be supported by every carrier or device.
Mobile Privacy
Moore For IPS respects the privacy of messaging participants.
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information and messaging consent will not be sold, rented, shared or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process mobile information only as reasonably necessary to provide services on behalf of Moore For IPS and may not use such information for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
For additional information regarding how information is collected, used and protected, please review the Moore For IPS Privacy Policy available on this website.

Recipients may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in applicable emails.
